Since 1988, La Passion des Couteaux has been bringing the world of cutlery to life. This magazine is the successor to La Gazette des Couteaux, founded in January 1987 by Stephan Ciejka.
With Yvon Gaguèche, they quickly transformed this gazette into a full-fledged magazine, which became the first French publication entirely dedicated to knives.
In 2000, François-Xavier Salle took over as editor-in-chief and left a lasting mark on the magazine's history. For nearly two decades, he built up a loyal community of enthusiasts, making each issue eagerly awaited.
In 2020, he passed the torch to Anne-Cécile Turquety. With her, the passion continues, driven by a modern and committed vision, focused on collectors, artisans, and lovers of cutlery.
