This journey continues through Europe, with stops in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Switzerland, and Portugal\u2014where the fifth gathering of the world\u2019s cutlery capitals was held\u2014before introducing a Russian manufacturer renowned for the excellence of its craftsmanship.
